Yoga is a science of self care, an inquiry into your own human experience. As an instructor, I provide specific guidance on the physical practice and reminders to return to the present moment through your breath.

Ease into your week with a nourishing class that will get you moving with an easy-does-it attitude. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner you will benefit from gentle sequencing that will loosen up your joints, muscles and mind. With careful alignment, you will address habits of posture that can cause pain and work with your breath to quiet your mind and dissolve stress.
